| MAKING APPOINTMENTS
All patients are seen only by appointment, but a referral
is not necessary. Individuals or couples may call us directly,
but referrals by doctors and other health professionals
are always welcomed and helpful. New patients are seen promptly,
and the therapist will work according to the specific needs
of the individual, couple or family. Referrals usually come
from satisfied clients and patients, other doctors and professionals,
and families.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, you must cancel
at least 48 hours (two working days) in advance; otherwise
you will have to pay for the time you reserved. Thus, appointments
for Mondays will need to be cancelled no later than Thursday
4.00 pm. Questions regarding appointments, fees and insurance
matters are handled by the Practice Manager on (03) 9824
7755, or by speaking with Dr. Neil or Dr. Silverberg directly
at your appointments.
